Human Granzyme B (GZMB) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the measurement of human Granzyme B (GZMB), a serine protease found in the cytoplasmic granules of cytolytic T-lymphocytes and natural killer cells. The enzyme is necessary for target cell lysis in cell-mediated immune responses and is linked to an activation cascade of caspases responsible for apoptosis execution, cleaving caspase-3, -7, -9 and -10.

The assay has a detection range of 15.6-1000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 10 pg/mL. Reported precision figures include an intra-assay CV of 4.1% and an inter-assay CV of 6.9%. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant human Granzyme B (UniProt P10144).
