Human Granzyme B ELISpot Pair

The Assay Genie Human Granzyme B ELISpot Pair enables single-cell resolution detection of granzyme B secretion from activated cytotoxic T lymphocytes and NK cells. ELISpot (enzyme-linked immunospot) captures individual secreting cells as discrete spots on a PVDF-backed membrane, providing functional readouts of cell-mediated cytotoxicity that are more sensitive than bulk ELISA. The pair format supplies matched capture and detection antibodies along with streptavidin-enzyme conjugate for spot development, allowing researchers to quantify antigen-specific cytotoxic responses in cell culture supernatants and serum samples.
