Human Granzyme B ELISpot Kit

The Assay Genie Human Granzyme B ELISpot Kit enables researchers to quantify cytotoxic T lymphocyte and NK cell activity at the single-cell level. Granzyme B is a serine protease released by activated CD8+ T cells and natural killer (NK) cells upon target recognition, making it a definitive marker of cell-mediated cytotoxicity. The microplate-based assay captures secreted Granzyme B around each secreting cell, producing discrete immunospots that are counted to determine antigen-specific effector frequencies.
