Human Granzyme A (GZMA) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a Sandwich ELISA Kit that uses a colorimetric detection method for the quantification of human Granzyme A (GZMA) levels in research samples. The kit is reactive with human Granzyme A and is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The assay has a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.1ng/mL. Reported precision values include an intra-assay CV of 4.8% and an inter-assay CV of 9.5%. The kit shows specificity for natural and recombinant human Granzyme A.

Granzyme A is an abundant protease found in the cytosolic granules of cytotoxic T-cells and NK-cells, where it activates caspase-independent cell death with morphological features of apoptosis when delivered into target cells through the immunological synapse. It plays a crucial role in immune surveillance and defense mechanisms. The kit is intended for research use only in the field of immunology.
