Human Granzyme A ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of Granzyme A (GZMA) in human samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, and absorbance is read at 450 nm. It is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. The kit is intended for research use only and is shipped on ice packs.
