Human Granulysin ELISA Kit

A high-quality Sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative detection of human Granulysin, manufactured by Assay Genie. The kit is reactive with human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with detection carried out using a double antibody sandwich ELISA method.

The assay offers a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a detection range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Linearity has been demonstrated in serum (90–103% at 1:2), EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8. Recovery rates average 93% in serum, 97% in EDTA plasma, and 96% in heparin plasma.

Granulysin (Uniprot P22749; synonyms GNLY, Granulysin) is an immune defence protein active against bacteria, viruses, and cancer cells, and is implicated in inflammation and autoimmune disease. Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C, where components remain stable for up to 12 months.
