Human Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (CSF3) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Human Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (CSF3) ELISA Kit is a sandwich-format immunoassay designed for the quantitative detection of human CSF3 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant human CSF3 and is intended for research use only.

The kit provides a detection range of 31.2-2000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 10 pg/mL. Precision is characterised by an intra-assay CV of 5.9% and an inter-assay CV of 8.6%. Linearity is documented for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions, and recovery is reported as 97% (range 91-103%) for serum and 99% (range 93-105%) for plasma. CSF3, also known by the synonyms G-CSF, Pluripoietin, C17orf33, and GCSF, is a secreted monomeric cytokine of the IL-6 superfamily (UniProt P09919; molecular weight 18,434 Da) that controls the production, differentiation, and function of granulocytes and monocyte-macrophages in hematopoiesis.
