Human Granulins (GRN) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich-format ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of granulin (GRN) levels in human samples. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant human progranulin.

Granulins are secreted, growth-regulatory peptides involved in inflammation, wound repair and tissue remodeling, and altered granulin levels have been associated with neurodegenerative disorders, cancer and inflammatory conditions. The assay reports a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 32pg/mL, with intra-assay CV of 4.3% and inter-assay CV of 10.1%.
