The GPSM2 target protein, also known as LGN or Pins, is a G-protein signaling modulator 2 critical for mitotic spindle orientation, asymmetric cell division, and planar cell polarity signaling. Assay Genie's ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of GPSM2 in serum or plasma specimens, supporting investigations into Chudley-McCullough syndrome, congenital hearing loss, and cell division biology.

This sandwich-format assay uses a 100 uL sample volume per well, with reagents supplied in a single-use microplate layout covering 96 determinations. Standard curves are generated from supplied recombinant GPSM2 calibrators.
