Quantify GPR137 expression in human samples with this colorimetric ELISA kit from Assay Genie. GPR137 (G Protein-Coupled Receptor 137), also referenced in scientific literature as TM7SF1 or C11orf4, is an orphan GPCR implicated in lysosomal mTORC1 regulation, vesicular trafficking, and tumor cell proliferation. These mechanistic links have positioned the receptor as a focus in studies of gastric, colorectal, and other solid tumor pathways, as well as in broader investigations of cell signaling and membrane trafficking biology.

The assay provides 96 determinations per kit in a microplate layout, enabling researchers to run standard curves and analyze multiple samples in parallel. Common applications include monitoring GPR137 expression changes following genetic manipulation such as knockdown or overexpression, profiling receptor levels in cell culture models and primary tissue lysates, and supporting studies of mTORC1 pathway activity. The kit format also complements research on lysosomal function and autophagy where GPR137 has been shown to play a role.

Each kit is supplied with the reagents required for the immunoassay workflow and is compatible with standard ELISA plate readers. The protocol follows conventional procedures and is intended for research use only in laboratory settings.
