Human GPR123 ELISA Kit (HUFI04068)

Built around the adhesion GPCR family member GPR123 (also called ADGRG6), this Assay Genie ELISA kit supports quantitative in vitro measurement of human GPR123 in research specimens. Adhesion-GPCR members such as GPR123 have been characterized in studies of Schwann cell myelination, peripheral nerve development, and adhesion-mediated signal transduction.

The immunoassay workflow uses a colorimetric substrate that is read on a standard absorbance microplate reader. Reagents supplied with the kit are sufficient for 96 individual determinations, fitting medium-throughput expression-profiling workflows. Reagents should be protected from light and handled according to the kit insert once opened.

Research applications include receptor expression profiling in cell culture models, signal transduction studies, ligand-receptor interaction characterization, and pharmacological investigations of adhesion GPCRs. The kit is for research use only and is not validated for clinical diagnostics.
