Human GPLD1 ELISA Kit

An Assay Genie Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for quantitative measurement of GPLD1 in human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, and absorbance is read at 450 nm.

GPLD1, also known as Phospholipase D1, is an enzyme involved in cellular signaling and lipid metabolism, and its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, Alzheimer's, and immune disorders. Reported assay sensitivity is 0.469 ng/mL, with a working range of 0.781–50 ng/mL. Recovery in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma averages 94%, 93%, and 94%, respectively. Linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions is reported across the corresponding sample types. The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
