Human GPER/G-protein coupled estrogen receptor 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA, double antibody kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human GPER (G-protein coupled estrogen receptor 1), also known as GPR30, in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay has a stated sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313-20 ng/mL.

The colourimetric procedure uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody followed by HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding and TMB substrate development, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Reported linearity for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma falls within 80-105% across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, and recovery averages range from 93% to 97% across the same sample types. The kit is intended for use within the Cell Death research area, with reactivity limited to human samples and storage at 2-8°C for 12 months.
