Human GPBB/PYGB ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of Human GPBB/PYGB in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a sandwich double-antibody detection format on a pre-coated microplate, with a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-conjugated Streptavidin, and TMB substrate producing a colorimetric reaction read at 450 nm.

The reported sensitivity is 9.375 pg/mL with an assay range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Recovery in serum is reported as 85–105% (average 98%), in EDTA plasma 85–100% (average 94%), and in heparin plasma 86–97% (average 91). Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions for serum (n=5) is 88–105%, 85–98%, 86–104%; for EDTA plasma (n=5) 84–101%, 86–101%, 85–101%; and for heparin plasma (n=5) 84–99%, 83–90%, 80–92%. Kit components include a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, HRP-labeled antibody concentrate (100X), TMB substrate, sample and antibody dilution buffers, stop solution, 25X wash buffer, plate sealers, and a technical manual. Storage is at 2-8°C (with select components stored at -20°C).
