Human gp340 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human gp340 (DMBT1) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Using a double-antibody configuration with colorimetric detection, the assay delivers a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL.

Linearity has been validated at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Recovery has been characterised in serum (range 86–100%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (range 85–101%, average 92%) and heparin plasma (range 89–105%, average 96%). Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C and remain stable for 12 months.

The target, gp340, corresponds to Uniprot entry Q9UGM3 and is studied within immunology research, where it functions as a pattern recognition molecule involved in host defence against pathogens.
