Human Gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptor (GNRHR) ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie sandwich ELISA is designed for quantitative measurement of the human Gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptor (GNRHR), a G-protein coupled receptor that mediates GnRH-stimulated secretion of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). The colorimetric assay is specific for natural and recombinant human GNRHR and has been validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

Reported performance includes a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.076ng/mL. Precision is described as intra-assay CV of 5.7% and inter-assay CV of 9.2%. Spike-and-recovery testing showed average recoveries of 91% in serum (range 85-97%) and 93% in plasma (range 87-99%). Linearity at dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 has been demonstrated in serum (84-114%), EDTA plasma (87-120%) and heparin plasma (88-116%). The target is a multi-pass cell membrane protein (UniProt P30968) linked to research into reproductive disorders; the kit is for research use only.
