Human Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone Receptor (GnRHR) ELISA Kit

This in vitro ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of human gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptor (GnRHR), a seven-transmembrane G-protein coupled receptor expressed on pituitary gonadotrophs. By binding GnRH, the receptor drives synthesis and secretion of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), placing GnRHR at the apex of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis and making it a focal target for reproductive endocrinology research.
