GOLPH3 (Golgi Phosphoprotein 3), also referred to as GPP34 or MIDAS, is a peripheral membrane protein anchored to the trans-Golgi network. It participates in vesicle trafficking, glycoprotein sorting, and maintenance of Golgi architecture, and has emerged as a proto-oncogene amplified in breast, prostate, and oral squamous cell carcinoma where elevated expression correlates with tumour proliferation, migration, and poor prognosis.

This Assay Genie immunoassay enables quantitative measurement of GOLPH3 protein in human serum or plasma specimens on a pre-coated 96-well microplate, offering a research tool for studies of Golgi stress, autophagy regulation, and oncogenic signalling. The kit uses a human-specific capture antibody with no significant cross-reactivity with rat or mouse orthologues.
