Human Golgi membrane protein 1 (GOLM1) ELISA Kit

The GOLM1 quantification kit from Assay Genie measures human Golgi membrane protein 1, also known as GP73 and GOLPH2, in clinical research specimens. GOLM1 is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein resident in the cis-Golgi apparatus that has been widely investigated as a circulating biomarker for hepatocellular carcinoma, with elevated serum levels reported in HCC patients relative to cirrhosis and chronic hepatitis controls.
