Human GNPAT ELISA Kit (HUFI04070)

Quantitative immunoassay for measuring human GNPAT (glyceronephosphate O-acyltransferase, also called DHAPAT) in research samples. GNPAT is a peroxisomal enzyme that catalyzes the first step of ether phospholipid biosynthesis, and altered expression has been investigated in connection with rhizomelic chondrodysplasia punctata, plasmalogen deficiency, and hepatic lipid metabolism. The kit is provided by Assay Genie as a complete reagent set including coated plate, standards, detection antibodies, wash buffer, and substrate reagents suitable for running an ELISA workflow on a standard microplate.

Supplied as one kit configured for 96 Assays. The plate-based workflow supports simultaneous quantification of GNPAT in cell lysates, tissue homogenates, and cultured cell preparations run alongside a standard curve.
