Human GNB3 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of GNB3 (Guanine nucleotide-binding protein G(I)/G(S)/G(T) subunit beta-3; Transducin beta chain 3) in human samples. The assay is intended for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, supporting cell biology research into conditions in which GNB3 dysregulation has been reported, including cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and neurological conditions.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and a working range of 0.781–50 ng/mL. Linearity in serum (n = 5) is 94–101% at 1:2, 86–105% at 1:4, and 86–103% at 1:8; in EDTA plasma (n = 5), 86–101%, 82–101%, and 82–98% respectively; and in heparin plasma (n = 5), 80–94%, 90–96%, and 89–99%. Spike-and-recovery across the same matrices (n = 5) averaged 92% for serum (range 85–102%), 94% for EDTA plasma (range 86–99%), and 94% for heparin plasma (range 85–104%). The procedure uses a biotin-labeled detection antibody followed by HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) and a TMB substrate read colorimetrically at 450 nm, with storage at 2–8°C for 12 months.
