Human GNB2 ELISA Kit (HUFI04078)

The Human GNB2 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of G protein subunit beta-2 (GNB2), a heterotrimeric G-protein subunit involved in transmembrane signal transduction downstream of G-protein-coupled receptors. GNB2 dysregulation has been investigated in leukemia research, neurological signaling studies, and cardiovascular physiology.

The kit provides a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, calibrators, and buffer reagents sufficient for 96 Assays. Each run uses a 100 uL sample volume per well, with chromogenic readout at the standard wavelength. Reagents are supplied refrigerated and should be stored at 4 degrees C, with the standard kept frozen at -20 degrees C for long-term stability. The capture antibody is human-specific, with no significant cross-reactivity reported for rat or mouse orthologs, enabling selective quantification of human GNB2 in research samples.
