Human GMPS ELISA Kit (HUFI04089)

GMPS (guanine monophosphate synthetase) catalyzes the final ATP-dependent amidation step in the de novo purine biosynthesis pathway, converting xanthosine 5'-monophosphate to GMP. This Assay Genie ELISA supports quantitative measurement of GMPS protein expression in human specimens and is widely cited in studies of nucleotide metabolism, cell proliferation, and antifolate resistance in tumor models. Researchers use the assay to compare GMPS levels between primary tissues and matched controls, and to investigate links between purine flux and chemotherapy sensitivity.
