GMCL1, also called Germ Cell-Less protein 1, is a BTB/POZ-domain transcriptional repressor with a documented role in spermatogenesis and early germ-cell lineage commitment, and shows its highest baseline expression in testicular tissue. The plate-based protocol pairs a matched capture antibody with a detection antibody and produces a colorimetric endpoint, with reagents supplied for one full microplate of determinations.
