Human GM-CSF PharmaGenie ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie, designed for the detection of human GM-CSF in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatant samples. Part of the PharmaGenie range developed with the pharmaceutical and biotech research sectors in mind, the kit uses a highly optimised monoclonal antibody pair and a purified recombinant protein standard to generate consistent standard curves calibrated to NIBSC, with all reagents validated under ISO 9001:2000 quality systems.

Specificity has been confirmed, with no cross-reactivity reported against other cytokines tested, and the assay recognises both natural and recombinant human GM-CSF. Manufacturer-reported specifications include an assay range of 15.6 pg/ml – 500 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 4.8 pg/ml, using a 50 µl sample size with a 3h45 incubation.
