Human GM-CSF ELISA Kit

A high-quality Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human Granulocyte-Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor (GM-CSF) levels in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double antibody Sandwich ELISA format with colorimetric detection.

GM-CSF is a key cytokine involved in regulating immune responses and hematopoiesis, with relevance to research in inflammatory diseases, autoimmune disorders, and cancer. The kit offers a sensitivity of 4.688 pg/mL with a working range of 7.813–500 pg/mL (1 pg = 15 mIU).

Assay performance is well characterised, with linearity ranging from 81% to 105% across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, and recovery between 85% and 103% in the same matrices. Components should be stored at 2–8°C, with the kit remaining stable for 12 months. The workflow involves plate preparation, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution addition.
