Human Glypican 1 (GPC1) ELISA Kit

Quantitative immunoassay reagents from Assay Genie measure human Glypican-1 (GPC1), a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored heparan sulfate proteoglycan expressed on the outer leaflet of the plasma membrane and shed into the extracellular environment. GPC1 has attracted considerable research interest as a candidate biomarker in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and other solid tumours, and is increasingly studied on circulating extracellular vesicles for liquid-biopsy applications.

The kit is configured for use in standard microplate-based ELISA workflows and is intended for research use only. Reconstituted reagents and prepared samples should be refrigerated between runs; unopened components should be kept cold and protected from light until first use, and the recombinant standard should be aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles. A single-use strip-well plate, diluent vials, biotinylated detection antibody, horseradish-peroxidase conjugate, recombinant standard, wash buffer concentrate, and substrate solution are supplied to support a complete quantitative run.
