Human Glycoprotein endo-alpha-1,2-mannosidase (MANEA) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the accurate quantification of human Glycoprotein endo-alpha-1,2-mannosidase (MANEA), also known as Mandaselin and Endo-alpha mannosidase. The kit is intended for use with human samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

Performance specifications include a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.156ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 5.2% and inter-assay CV is 7.9%. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant human MANEA. MANEA belongs to the glycosyl hydrolase 99 family (EC 3.2.1.130) and is a Golgi apparatus membrane single-pass type II membrane protein that plays a role in glycoprotein processing. Dysregulation of MANEA has been implicated in cancer and autoimmune disorders, making it a relevant biomarker for research into disease pathogenesis and progression.
