Human Glycogen synthase kinase-3 alpha (GSK3A) ELISA Kit

The target protein is also known by the synonyms Serine/threonine-protein kinase GSK3A and GSK-3 alpha, and the UniProt accession is P49840.

The assay is intended for use with natural and recombinant human GSK3A and is suitable for research applications in the cancer field. Sample types listed include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.083 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 6.5% and an inter-assay CV of 11.2%. Reported recovery is 90–102% in serum (average 96%) and 92–104% in plasma (average 98%). The kit is for research use only.
