Human Glycogen Phosphorylase, Muscle (PYGM) ELISA Kit

For research use only, the Assay Genie PYGM immunoassay kit enables quantitative measurement of glycogen phosphorylase muscle isoform in human research samples, supporting investigations of muscle glycogen metabolism, exercise physiology, and inherited glycogen storage disorders such as McArdle disease (GSD type V).

This 96-assay format kit is configured for use with tissue homogenates and cell lysates, accommodating a broad spectrum of skeletal muscle and cardiac tissue preparations commonly prepared in metabolic and neuromuscular research workflows.

The assay produces a colorimetric readout compatible with standard microplate readers, and includes all reagents needed to generate a standard curve for interpolating unknown sample concentrations.
