Human Glycodelin (PAEP) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the precise quantification of Glycodelin (PAEP) levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. Glycodelin, also known as Pregnancy-associated endometrial alpha-2-globulin (PAEP), is a glycoprotein involved in physiological processes such as immune modulation, embryo implantation, and pregnancy maintenance. Abnormal levels of this protein have been associated with infertility, pregnancy complications, and certain cancers, making it a significant biomarker for research applications.

The kit offers a detection range of 3.12–200 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.78 ng/mL. Reported precision includes an intra-assay CV of 4.3% and an inter-assay CV of 7.9%. Linearity has been demonstrated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16. Recovery averages 101% in serum (range 95–107%) and 103% in plasma (range 97–109%). The assay is specific for natural and recombinant human Glycodelin and is intended for research use only.
