Human Glutathione S-Transferase pi 1/GSTP1 ELISA Kit

Recovery in serum (n = 5) is 89-101% with an average of 92%; EDTA plasma (n = 5) is 89-97% with an average of 94%; and Heparin plasma (n = 5) is 87-101% with an average of 94%. The kit should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The assay procedure uses a pre-coated plate with sequential steps: equilibrate reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, load standards/samples/blanks and incubate at 37°C for 90 minutes, add biotin-labeled detection antibody and incubate at 37°C for 60 minutes, add HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) and incubate at 37°C for 30 minutes, develop with TMB substrate in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and stop the reaction before reading absorbance at 450 nm.
