The assay is suitable for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant human GPX3. It offers a detection range of 1.56-100ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.23ng/mL, with intra-assay CV of 5.3% and inter-assay CV of 7.8%.
