Human Glutaminyl Peptide Cyclotransferase (QPCT) ELISA Kit

Quantitative measurement of Glutaminyl Peptide Cyclotransferase (QPCT) in human specimens is supported by this Assay Genie ELISA kit, configured as a 96-assay format for standard plate-based laboratory workflows. QPCT catalyzes cyclization of N-terminal glutamine residues into pyroglutamate, a post-translational modification linked to maturation of amyloid-beta peptides implicated in Alzheimer's disease pathology and to inflammatory signaling cascades.
