Human Glutamate Receptor, Ionotropic, AMPA 1 (GRIA1) ELISA Kit

AMPA-type ionotropic glutamate receptors are the principal mediators of fast excitatory neurotransmission in the central nervous system, and the GluA1 subunit (encoded by GRIA1) is critical for synaptic plasticity, long-term potentiation, and activity-dependent receptor trafficking. This Assay Genie ELISA Kit provides a quantitative colorimetric immunoassay for measuring GRIA1 protein in human research samples, with validation for tissue homogenates and other human-derived specimen preparations.

Each kit contains reagents for 96 individual determinations in a standard microplate layout.
