Human Glucosidase 2 subunit beta (PRKCSH) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the accurate quantification of human Glucosidase 2 subunit beta (PRKCSH) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. PRKCSH is the regulatory beta subunit of glucosidase II, an N-linked glycan-processing enzyme of the endoplasmic reticulum that contributes to protein quality control and glycoprotein processing. Its dysregulation has been linked to metabolic disorders and neurodegenerative conditions, supporting its use as a biomarker in research into these areas.

The colorimetric ELISA format delivers a sensitivity of 0.24 ng/mL across a detection range of 0.78-50 ng/mL, with reported intra-assay precision of 5.6% CV and inter-assay precision of 7.5% CV. Specificity is confirmed against natural and recombinant human Glucosidase 2 subunit beta (UniProt P14314). Linearity has been characterised in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions, with serum recovery averaging 100% (range 94-106%) and plasma recovery averaging 102% (range 96-108%).
