Human GLRX3/Glutaredoxin 3 ELISA Kit

Designed for the precise measurement of glutaredoxin 3 levels in human samples, this sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie uses a double-antibody format and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Glutaredoxin 3 is a key enzyme involved in redox regulation, playing a critical role in maintaining cellular balance and protecting against oxidative stress. Linearity across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n = 5) falls between 81–103% and 87–105% at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8. Recovery ranges from 81–96% for serum, 81–95% for EDTA plasma and 84–100% for heparin plasma. The protocol uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate with TMB substrate, and absorbance is read at 450 nm. Components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months, with microplate strips and the lyophilized standard also suitable for storage at -20°C.
