Human GLMN (Glomulin) ELISA KIT (HUFI05198)

An in vitro quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie supplied in a 96 Assays kit format, intended for research use only. The kit measures human glomulin (GLMN), a roughly 68 kDa cytoplasmic protein involved in vascular morphogenesis, against which heterozygous loss-of-function mutations are known to cause autosomal dominant cutaneomucosal venous malformation. Quantifying circulating GLMN is therefore relevant to studies of vascular development, rare inherited vascular disorders, and related signaling pathways. Each kit includes a pre-coated microplate together with the assay reagents required to process a full 96 Assays plate, and absorbance is read on a standard microplate reader. Standard ELISA workflow applies: samples, standards, and controls are added to the plate, the chromogenic reaction is stopped, and the signal is quantified against the standard curve.
