Human GLIPR1/Glioma pathogenesis-related protein 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human GLIPR1 (Glioma Pathogenesis-Related Protein 1) in research samples. The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a standard range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL, with components intended for storage at 2-8°C for 12 months. Linearity data across 1:2 to 1:8 dilutions are provided for serum (83-100%, 83-97%, 82-97%), EDTA plasma (87-95%, 83-98%, 83-92%), and heparin plasma (84-96%, 92-98%, 86-100%). Recovery ranges are 95-101% (average 99%) for serum, 85-104% (average 93%) for EDTA plasma, and 86-104% (average 96%) for heparin plasma. The workflow includes a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, a 60-minute biotin-labelled detection antibody step, a 30-minute HRP-streptavidin incubation, TMB colour development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution is added.
