Human GLI-3 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0636)

The Human GLI-3 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of GLI-3, a zinc-finger transcription factor that mediates Hedgehog pathway signaling in vertebrates and is required for limb patterning, neural tube dorsoventral specification, and anterior-posterior axis formation. Samples are incubated in a pre-coated microplate, and bound analyte is detected with a biotinylated detection antibody followed by streptavidin-HRP development and TMB substrate. The kit contains reagents for 96 assays; reconstituted standard should be aliquoted and stored at -20 degrees C to limit freeze-thaw degradation, while the working detection antibody is kept refrigerated.
