Glucocorticoid-induced TNFR-related protein (GITR), a TNF receptor superfamily member also designated TNFRSF18, AITR, and CD357, plays a central role in modulating T-cell activation, regulatory T-cell suppression, and co-stimulatory immune signaling. The Assay Genie Human GITR PharmaGenie ELISA Kit provides quantitative measurement of soluble and cell-associated GITR in human research specimens, supporting studies in immuno-oncology, autoimmune disease biology, and checkpoint receptor pharmacology.

Configured for 96 individual determinations, the kit accepts cell culture supernatant, cell lysate, tissue lysate, plasma-derived, and serum-derived specimen inputs, enabling workflows that span in vitro stimulation assays, ex vivo donor sample profiling, and translational studies. Investigators commonly deploy this ELISA to track GITR shedding following T-cell activation, monitor receptor dynamics during agonistic anti-GITR antibody treatment, or compare baseline expression between healthy donors and subjects with cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, or rheumatoid arthritis.

Each kit ships with a pre-coated microplate, reference standards, detection reagents, wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution needed to run a full quantitative ELISA workflow. Reagent components should be stored refrigerated at 4 °C upon arrival and protected from light to preserve detection antibody activity through the shelf life of the product. Assay Genie manufactures the kit under validated quality control procedures for research use only applications in academic, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical laboratories.
