From Assay Genie, this solid-phase immunoassay quantitatively measures glucocorticoid-induced TNF receptor-related protein ligand (GITRL, also known as TNFSF18) in human samples. It supports immunology, oncology, and autoimmune disease research centered on the GITR/GITRL co-stimulatory axis, a pathway implicated in regulatory T cell expansion, checkpoint modulation, and anti-tumor immunity.

The assay uses a microplate-based workflow with a colorimetric end-point compatible with standard plate readers and is supplied in a format that supports up to 96 sample determinations per run. Validated matrices include cell culture supernatants from stimulated primary immune cells. The kit is also used to quantify soluble GITRL in human serum collected by standard venipuncture, with plasma measurements supported across EDTA, heparin, and citrate anticoagulant tubes.
