Human GH2 (Growth Hormone 2) CLIA Kit (HUES01058)

From Assay Genie, this CLIA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Human GH2 (Growth Hormone 2) concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. It uses a Sandwich-CLIA principle on a microplate pre-coated with a Human GH2-specific antibody; standards or samples are combined with the specific antibody, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody and an Avidin-HRP conjugate, producing a chemiluminescent signal read on a chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The Relative Light Unit (RLU) value is positively associated with the concentration of Human GH2 in the sample.

The assay has a sensitivity of 9.38 pg/mL, a detection range of 15.63-1000 pg/mL, a total assay time of 3.5h, and a sample volume of 100 μL. It is reactive with human samples, recognises Human GH2 with no significant cross-reactivity or interference from analogues, and reports reproducibility with both intra-assay CV and inter-assay CV at < 15%.

Spiking recovery in serum (n=5) ranged 97-114% with an average of 105%, in EDTA plasma (n=5) 94-110% with an average of 102%, and in cell culture media (n=5) 94-110% with an average of 100%.
