Human GGH (Gamma-glutamyl hydrolase) ELISA Kit (HUFI08030)

Gamma-glutamyl hydrolase (GGH) is a lysosomal enzyme that cleaves poly-gamma-glutamyl tails from folate derivatives and antifolate compounds such as methotrexate, regulating intracellular folate pools and modulating cellular sensitivity to antifolate chemotherapy.

This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of human GGH in research samples using a microplate immunoassay format, supporting investigations into one-carbon metabolism, antifolate drug resistance, and tumor pharmacology.

Each box contains a pre-coated microplate, detection antibodies, reference standards, and assay buffer sufficient for 96 determinations. The standard protocol uses 50 µL of sample per well, with a total assay time of approximately 3 hours at room temperature.
