Human GEFT ELISA Kit (HUFI07869)

A quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie, this kit measures GEFT protein (also known as ARHGEF25 or p63RhoGEF), a RhoA-specific guanine nucleotide exchange factor that regulates cytoskeletal remodeling, focal adhesion turnover, and cell migration. Supplied as a 96-assay microplate format, the assay supports detection of endogenous GEFT in human blood-derived specimen types and serves research in Rho GTPase signaling, tumor invasion biology, neurodevelopment, and cardiovascular contexts. Reagents are shipped refrigerated and should be stored under standard cold-chain conditions until first use; reconstituted standards tolerate limited freeze-thaw cycles per the included protocol.
