Human GDNF family receptor alpha-1 (GFRA1) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human GDNF family receptor alpha-1 (GFRA1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for research use only.

The kit reports a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL. Precision values are given as an Intra CV of 4.5% and an Inter CV of 8.7%. Linearity has been assessed across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma dilutions, and recovery data are reported for serum and plasma. The kit detects natural and recombinant human GFRA1, which functions as a receptor for GDNF and mediates GDNF-induced autophosphorylation and activation of the RET receptor.
