Human GDI2 ELISA Kit (HUFI04154)

GDI2 (GDP-dissociation inhibitor 2) is a cytoplasmic regulator of Rab GTPase cycling that controls vesicular trafficking, neurotransmitter release, and receptor recycling across many human tissues. The Assay Genie ELISA Kit built around this target is intended for research use only and supports quantification of GDI2 levels in clinical and basic science investigations, including studies of prostate cancer, lung adenocarcinoma, and neurodegenerative disorders where altered Rab-mediated trafficking has been documented. The kit is supplied in a complete pack configuration containing pre-coated microwell strips, biotinylated detection antibody, calibrated standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and substrate solution in individual vials, allowing researchers to follow a standard quantitative protein-detection workflow on human biological samples. Results are read on a standard microplate reader.
