Human GDF10/BMP3B ELISA Kit

The procedure involves reagent and plate preparation, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody incubation at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) incubation at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and a stop reaction read at 450 nm.

Storage is 2-8°C for 12 months.
