Human GDF 9 ELISA Kit

According to the manufacturer's sample protocol, standards and samples are incubated on the pre-coated plate at 37°C for 90 minutes, followed by a biotin-labeled detection antibody incubation for 60 minutes and HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes. TMB substrate is then added for colour development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance is read at 450 nm after adding stop solution.
