Human GCSH ELISA Kit (HUFI04147)

This Assay Genie kit provides an in vitro immunoassay built around matched antibody pairs for quantifying human Glycine Cleavage System Protein H (GCSH), a lipoylated mitochondrial cofactor of the glycine cleavage complex that catabolizes glycine. The microplate is pre-coated and the assay is read colorimetrically, with results calculated from a standard curve generated in the same run. The pack of 96 Assays is intended for research use only and supports studies of one-carbon metabolism, mitochondrial function, and the molecular basis of glycine encephalopathy (nonketotic hyperglycinemia), where loss-of-function variants in GCSH have been reported. Reagents should be refrigerated upon arrival and brought to room temperature before use.
